I am delighted to respond with feedback. 

1.      Background: We had a single dish with Freesat from Sky, installed a few years ago by a local firm (for cash.)  A VAT invoice was requested but never happened.   We have a second TV in a bedroom, with TV-link so that we can watch the same Sky channel on either TV.  We wanted to go HD without subscription so had bought a Grundig 500GB PVR but we thought it would be nice to still have use of the existing Freesat from Sky.  We called the same local installer and were quoted for an extra dish but they couldn’t commit to a date, even though we said we were keen to move quickly.

2.      Pre-sales advice: Your Digital Home advised that all we needed to do was replace the single feed LNB with a quad one and two extra cables.  We were told how to place the order and within hours we had a confirmation telephone call, arranging next day installation.

3.      Installation: So, less than 24 hours later the work was completed to our absolute satisfaction.

4.      Result: We can now view and record SD or HD and can simultaneously watch a Sky Freesat channel – and it also means that what we watch in the bedroom can be different from the living room.  Operationally, we can switch the main TV (or our projector, in the same room) between SCART for Sky or HDMI source for the Grundig box, to view HD or upscaled SD.

5.      Referrals: We have passed your details on to two other friends who are contemplating changes to their installations.  (We are still awaiting the promised telephone call from the local firm to confirm when they could visit!)

Thank you for supplying our FreeSat Humax box and arranging for a satellite dish to be fitted.

The fitting of the dish was efficiently carried out by a professional and very pleasant engineer and his mate. They fitted it discretely on our South facing side wall and ran the coax cable in exactly the way I wanted to give no visible cabling in the lounge.

Picture quality is excellent on our 55” Samsung LED TV. We would most definitely recommend you.

I ordered a Sonos BU150 bundle on March 10. It was sent to Denmark on March 13 and I received it on March 17 (following a weekend).

Prior to my order I had email conversations with a member of your staff, who kindly informed me of shipping charges and enabled ordering from Denmark.

I appreciate your competitive prices, responsible customer service, and professional packaging & shipping. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

The only thing I can think of is supplying your customers with tracking numbers when possible.
