Very easy to set up and worked perfectly with a phone. The next day, the Sky engineer arrived, and used it to install the Sky HD box. He had to make 3 attempts to make the connection, but didn't seem phased by that, and on the third attempt, connection was established. Excellent! He knew that such a product was available, and asked where I had bought it, so I passed on your website address. I think he was interested in purchasing one for his home. So, thank you for your excellent service, and a product that does exactly what it says on the tin! It's avoided the need for a long cable trailing around the house, and has opened up the possiblity of easily putting further phone points in other rooms if it becomes necessary.
