Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor and therefore some shipping costs are higher that you might expect.  Shipping costs levied by other organisations are passed directly to our clients without additional costs being added by us.  We make every effort to reduce shipping and packaging costs where this is possible. Orders placed before 12:00 midday are usually shipped the same day, orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the following weekday. Some product are shipped same day as late at 16:30.

Please note that we can never guarantee shipping and delivery times, we simply order your selected shipping method from our delivery partner.  No shipment transit time is guaranteed but is of course achieved in the majority of cases.  In adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control your shipment can be delayed.  We cannot provide transit and delivery time guarantees based on the shipment services provided by our delivery partners.

Returns 

We provide a returns policy on all products which either meets or exceeds the terms expected by UK law. We will refund the amount you paid for your product providing it is received at our location within the time period stated.  Any product containing software MUST be UNOPENED to qualify for a refund. WE WILL NOT refund either shipping or returns postage unless you have a valid grievance about the item shipped.

If you were shipped the item in error or the item is not as decribed, a full refund for the item and postage paid will be given. If your item develops a fault after it arrives you should contact the manufacturer under the terms of the product warranty. Please note that due to previous instances of copyright theft of software products, we are unable to issue a refund for ANY software once the box has been opened. If you need to return a product you MUST apply for a returns number within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned within 7 days, after we issue the returns number; RMA numbers are issued by email.
