All products that we have on our site are covered by a warranty of at least 1 Year; in many cases the warranty is 2 years and in some cases even 3 Years.  Yes, a 3 Year warranty at NO extra cost to you. Should you have a problem in the warranty period we are happy to assist you to get your purchased item repaired and in some cases replaced. So don't be concerned about problems simply enjoy your purchase with the knowledge that we remain ready to assist you if required in the future.

We provide FREE PRO-ACTIVE email support to all clients that have purchased products from us. We are happy to assist in any way we can so you are never left 'out in the cold'.  You may have had poor experiences with online purchases from other web sites, after you had paid you money and been sent your item, you cannot get the help you require if you have a problem or need guidance. Well..., we are keen to ensure you get the best possible support, in addition to our telephone support line we are happy to provide you FREE email support and will do everything we can to assist you in the future.  Of course we hope that means you will come back and buy from us again,and also recommend us to your friends and family.

 

Can I return an Item?

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, don't worry.  Simply contact us and we can arrange a return.  We are happy to refund you for unwanted items providing you contact us to return them within two weeks of receipt; unfortunately unless your item is actually faulty we cannot refund your postage but we will make the refund process as easy and straightforward as we can and, if the item is in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price within 48 hours of receipt.  Remember, you can always email us or contact us to discuss anything, we are here to help you.
