They were helpful on the 'phone and said the system would work and it did. (By the way, you will also need a coaxial cable to link the box to your TV (my experience is that you need a male one end and female the other end): as part of the package, not supplied, but very inexpensive.) Box also arrived quickly. Overall an excellent service from them. Elderly but perfectly functioning tele. saved from the tip! Splendid!
Very simple to set up and operate, BUT - if you want to use it on aTV that has no SCART connection (e.g. most old portables) - it is supplied witthout the co-ax cable to link the box to the to the aerial, AND unusually the cable required must have male connectors at both ends, so any spare cables you have around the house may not work.
